Smart Cart Service:

To utilize the convience of the Smart Cart service call X54646 from any Cisco Phone. Tell the dispatch which building you are at and where you would like to go. They will give you an estimated time the van will be at your building. This will usually be between 5-10 minutes.

Please note the dispatcher will give you the estimated time of pickup. The van will wait 5 minutes past, if you do not show up after the 5 minutes the van will depart for the next pick up.

Reservations can be made up to 1 hour prior to pick up.

  • Please be sure to have your Cisco badge available to board the shuttle.
  • All drop off and pick up points will in the front lobby of each building indicated. No street side pick up and drops allowed.
  • Bike racks will be available on all shuttles.
  • Shuttles are Wi-Fi enabled (Excluding Lightrail shuttles)
  • Shuttles will wait 5 minutes for late arrivals.
