Serendipity’s main business is shuttle service for many of the Bay Area’s biggest company’s. On a daily basis we operate over 30 commuter shuttles from local train stations. We understand how important driver training, vehicle maintenance and Management work to provide excellent and timely service. Serendipity takes pride that we have achieved this level of service that our clients have come to expect from us and strive to exceed our client’s expectations.

Some of our added features we offer to our clients:

• Wheelchair accessible vehicles - All of our drivers are trained on the operation of wheelchair equipment as well as ADA laws and procedures.
  
  
• Wireless connection / GPS - Many of our vehicles are wired to allow passengers the capability of using their laptop during their commute. We utilize GPS as a tracking tool to improve our dispatch and on time schedules.
  
  
• Transportation fairs - With our connections we can put together transportation fair for your employees annually to encourage commuting. We provide this not only to promote our service but all forms of commuting available. We invite all agencies including Cal train, VTA, ACE & Amtrak as well as other commuter organizations.
  
  
• Alternate fuel and electric hybrid vehicles -
  Serendipity has a team of employees that have been involved with alternate fuel and hybrid vehicles. We have researched the statistics and options and provide this to our clients. We currently have electric hybrid vehicles in our fleet as well as operating a fleet of vehicles with bio-diesel and low sulfur fuel to meet our client’s needs. Not only are Alternate fuel vehicles better on energy conservation and the environment but its favorable publicity and general public community relations value.
